📋 Description

• Post job openings on the Pandapé-Infojobs platform and other strategic channels • Build and structure recruitment processes on the platform • Screen resumes and actively source qualified candidates • Administer and analyze behavioral and technical assessments, when necessary • Conduct interviews and candidate activities, including online sessions • Prepare detailed candidate evaluations in accordance with company standards • Provide candidates with courteous support throughout all stages • Ensure that all participating candidates receive feedback • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to align processes and best practices • Follow up with referred candidates through the completion of the hiring process • Meet deadlines and ensure high-quality delivery of recruitment processes • Work independently on the recruitment and selection of professionals across various functions and organizational levels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, completed or in progress • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection across different industries and organizational levels • Knowledge of and proficiency with recruitment tools, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn, vacancy tracking systems, and assessments • Availability to work as an independent contractor • Availability to work remotely with autonomy and strong organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with diverse client and candidate profiles • Empathy and a strong focus on the candidate experience • Availability to participate in periodic meetings and training sessions • Ability to independently manage complete recruitment processes • Previous experience working as a freelancer or independent professional is a plus
