📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection for operational positions • Advertise job openings on appropriate channels such as job boards, social media, and specialized platforms • Conduct interviews in cities across the region, assessing candidates' technical and behavioral competencies • Provide ongoing candidate follow-up and feedback throughout the selection process • Prepare reports and provide updates on the progress of recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection is desirable • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields is desirable • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable • Own equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting selection processes is desirable • Vehicle for travel is desirable • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Active listening • Organizational skills • Results-oriented • Flexibility • Proactivity
