📋 Description

• Build and operate production infrastructure in regulated environments • Design and operate Kubernetes-based, multi-cloud architectures across AWS and GCP • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or Terraform • Implement observability and incident response systems • Take ownership of production systems • Serve as a highly technical, hands-on infrastructure leader and Individual Contributor

🎯 Requirements

• A highly technical, hands-on infrastructure leader based in Latin America, North America, or Europe, with a strong preference for Latin American tech hubs such as São Paulo, Bogotá, and Mexico City • Hands-on experience building and operating production infrastructure in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar) • Deep production expertise with Kubernetes and multi-cloud architectures, specifically AWS and GCP • Proven track record of implementing Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or Terraform • Experience implementing observability and incident response systems • Current or very recent experience as an Individual Contributor (IC), rather than as a pure people manager • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Advanced English proficiency • Knowledge of data infrastructure and network infrastructure
