📋 Description

• Own, secure, and scale the entire multi-cloud infrastructure stack • Define technical standards as a hands-on Director-level individual contributor • Build and run production infrastructure in regulated environments • Implement Infrastructure as Code and observability/incident response systems • Provide technical leadership to backend engineers building infrastructure-adjacent systems • Proactively audit products and independently flag critical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and running production infrastructure in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or similar) • Deep production expertise with Kubernetes and multi-cloud architectures, specifically AWS and GCP • Proven track record implementing Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi or Terraform • Experience with observability and incident response systems • Current or very recent experience as an Individual Contributor rather than a pure people manager • Graduate-level qualification—specialization or MBA • Advanced English proficiency • Skills: Data infrastructure; network infrastructure
