📋 Description

• Actively prospect for companies and identify business opportunities. • Present recruitment and selection services, negotiate commercial terms, and close new partnerships. • Prepare and submit contracts to formalize contracted vacancies. • Manage recruitment and selection processes, from job advertising through candidate screening and assessment. • Conduct interviews and prepare evaluations of assessed professionals. • Create and update job postings in the recruitment system. • Manage and maintain the CRM, tracking negotiations, contacts, and business opportunities. • Support clients and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. • Own a computer and have a suitable setup for working remotely from home. • Experience or demonstrated skills in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Organized, committed, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. • Familiarity with recruitment systems and CRM tools is a plus. • 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
