📋 Description

• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pools • Advertise open positions, review resumes, and screen candidates according to each role’s requirements and the RCF • Contact candidates and manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups • Track recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and organization at every stage • Support the HR Analyst in evaluating candidates and progress toward conducting interviews following training and approval • Support hiring processes, document organization, signatures, and onboarding • Monitor contract deadlines and support offboarding processes • Update systems, spreadsheets, metrics, and talent pools • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve Recruitment and Selection processes • Participate in alignment meetings and team rituals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organization, discipline, and attention to detail • Proactive approach to candidate sourcing and follow-ups • Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines • Responsible handling of confidential information • Ability to learn tools, systems, and processes quickly • Collaborative profile with a strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset • High school diploma • Basic Excel proficiency • Google Drive • Six months of experience providing support in a digital environment • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, candidate sourcing, or resume screening is a plus • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus • Knowledge of spreadsheets, metrics, and document management is a plus • Experience conducting interviews, handling hiring processes, or supporting candidates is a plus • Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ), without an employment relationship under the CLT
