📋 Description

• Contact with suppliers in China • Obtaining quotes for international products • Monitoring imports from order placement through arrival at the factory • Preparing shipping marks for cartons according to requirements • Liaising with the Finance department for foreign exchange/FX settlements • Verifying import documents — invoice, packing list, HBL — with the customs broker • Obtaining international freight quotes and verifying freight invoices • Determining fiscal classification (HS codes) for items to be imported and preparing descriptions for DI (Import Declaration) registration • Registering import tax invoices (NF) and issuing dispatch invoices (NF) for customers • Calculating estimated landed costs and final cash settlement amounts

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of taxation/tax regulations is a plus • Degree in, or currently studying, International Trade or related fields • Intermediate to advanced English for written communication
