📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment processes for roles at various levels and across different industries • Define sourcing and hunting strategies • Actively source candidates for strategic and specialized positions • Use profile assessment tools • Maintain and organize the talent database • Prepare reports, evaluations, and technical feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection • Proficiency with recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho and Pandapé • Skill in competency-based interviews • Strong communication, organizational skills, and analytical mindset • Active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) to operate as an independent contractor • Laptop or desktop in good working condition • Microsoft Office installed • Stable internet connection • Headset with microphone • Professional work environment • Degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration is a plus • Previous experience in consultancies is a plus • Experience with strategic and high-volume recruiting is a plus • 1–3 years of professional experience
