📋 Description

• Conduct selection processes for strategic vacancies and high-volume operational positions. • Work on projects that require agility, organization, patience, and resilience. • Identify, attract, interview, and select candidates with accuracy. • Manage a large number of open positions and candidates simultaneously. • Ensure deliveries within agreed hiring deadlines and targets with clients. • Advertise openings and source candidates across multiple channels. • Screen resumes and perform active candidate outreach. • Conduct individual and group interviews. • Organize large-scale hiring events and high-volume selection drives. • Prepare assessments and present candidates to clients. • Provide frequent follow-up with candidates throughout all stages. • Work proactively to reduce no-shows and dropouts. • Keep internal systems and controls up to date at all times. • Use our ATS, InfoJobs/Pandapé, and other platforms. • Maintain close, transparent, and professional communication with clients and candidates. • Monitor indicators, deadlines, and closing targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in generalist Recruitment & Selection, preferably in staffing or recruitment agencies. • Experience with high-volume operational roles such as fast food, customer service, production, logistics, cleaning, general services, and retail. • Ability to also work on strategic roles and more complex positions. • Patience and resilience to manage a high volume of candidates, interview no-shows, dropouts, and replacements. • Agility to work with tight deadlines and simultaneous demands. • Organization, discipline, a sense of urgency, and a focus on closing hires. • Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written. • Knowledge of ATS, especially InfoJobs/Pandapé, and other recruitment platforms. • CNPJ or MEI registered to operate under the PJ (contractor) model.
