📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions in an RPO environment • Conduct phone screenings, competency-based interviews, case study administration and evaluation, reference checks, and other stages of the recruitment process • Align on and define candidate profiles with clients, maintaining continuous communication to monitor open positions • Develop sourcing and proactive talent attraction strategies • Identify and source professionals across multiple platforms and databases, including LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, BNE, Infojobs, Empregos, and Indeed • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a consultative experience throughout the process • Assess candidates’ potential, technical fit, and overall suitability for national and multinational companies across various industries • Manage multiple vacancies and demands simultaneously, ensuring organization and adherence to established deadlines • Monitor market trends related to careers, roles, salaries, and industry movements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations • Intermediate to advanced Spanish preferred • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels, particularly senior management • Completed university degree • Solid experience working with businesses or engaging with executives
