📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, working within an RPO environment • Conduct phone screenings, competency-based interviews, case assignments and evaluations, reference checks, and other recruitment stages • Align and define candidate profiles with clients, maintaining continuous communication to monitor open positions • Develop sourcing and active talent attraction strategies • Map and source candidates across multiple platforms and databases (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, BNE, Infojobs, Empregos, Indeed, among others) • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a consultative experience throughout the process • Assess potential, technical fit, and cultural fit of candidates for national and multinational companies across various sectors • Manage multiple vacancies and demands concurrently, ensuring organization and adherence to established deadlines • Monitor market trends related to careers, positions, compensation, and sectoral movements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in RPO operations • Intermediate/advanced Spanish is desirable • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels, especially senior management • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) • Solid experience working with business stakeholders or interacting with executives
