• Map the recruitment journey and identify priority use cases for AI agents • Define the technical architecture (agents, integrations with ATS, data and workflows) and design flows involving LLMs and human-in-the-loop • Develop prototypes/MVPs of agents for priority stages of the selection process • Integrate the agents with corporate systems (ATS, calendars, communications) and iterate based on performance • Structure the capture and analysis of process data and implement monitoring, governance and bias mitigation
• Position level: TECH 3 – Master's • Education: Master's degree • Fields of study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems or related areas • Proven experience developing AI agents and LLM-based applications (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or similar) • Solution architecture oriented to APIs and microservices; system integrations • Experience developing MVPs and prototypes in innovation or applied research contexts • Strong foundation in data engineering and analysis, modeling, pipelines and insights generation • Knowledge of Cloud (AWS) • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Preferred: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and language model evaluation • Workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, Power Automate or similar) • AI governance, performance monitoring and bias mitigation • Integrations with HR systems or ATS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Gupy or similar)
