• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, working consultatively and as a specialist on Technology roles, including positions in Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech. • Responsible for candidate sourcing and mapping, screening, interviews, alignment with hiring managers, process monitoring, and supporting decision-making through to completion of the hire.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and operational roles; • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills for data presentations; • Must have experience recruiting for Tech roles (Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech); • Experience with ATS, preferably Gupy; • Previous experience as a mid-level Tech Recruiter; • Strong knowledge of tech sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, among others);
