📋 Description

• Map the recruitment journey and identify priority use cases for AI agents • Define the technical architecture (agents, integrations with ATS, data and workflows) and design flows using LLMs and human-in-the-loop • Develop agent prototypes/MVPs for priority stages of the selection process • Integrate the agents with corporate systems (ATS, calendars, communication) and iterate based on performance • Structure process data capture and analysis, and implement monitoring, governance, and bias mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Position level: TECH 3 (Master’s) • Education: Master’s degree • Degrees: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields • Proven expertise in developing AI agents and LLM-based applications (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar) • API- and microservices-oriented solution architecture; system integrations • Design and implementation of intelligent workflows with human-in-the-loop mechanisms • Development of MVPs and prototypes in innovation or applied research contexts • Strong foundation in data engineering and analysis, modeling, pipelines, and insights generation • Knowledge of Cloud (AWS) • Proficiency in Python, SQL • Desired: RAG and evaluation of language models, workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, Power Automate, or similar), AI governance, performance monitoring and bias mitigation.
