📋 Description
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes • Gain a detailed understanding of the profile sought by the hiring company • Identify professionals with the required skills and cultural fit • Provide consultative support throughout each stage of the hiring process • Present finalist candidates • Deliver pre-qualified candidates aligned with the desired profile • Meet deadlines with speed and efficiency • Interact with candidates and hiring managers • Connect exceptional talent with career opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Recruitment & Selection (HR consultancy or employment agency) • Experience working remotely on a productivity-based model • Must have the necessary equipment (laptop and reliable, high-speed internet) • Degree in Psychology • Higher education in Psychology • 3–5 years of professional experience • Service provider contract as a PJ contractor, with an active MEI registration for issuing invoices
