📋 Description

• Receive and review job openings • Align the job profile • Advertise/post opportunities • Proactively source candidates • Screen resumes • Conduct interviews • Administer or monitor assessments/tests • Prepare candidate evaluation reports • Monitor the stages of the selection process • Provide feedback to candidates • Update systems, spreadsheets, and talent databases
