📋 Description

• Realizar o recrutamento e seleção de candidatos para vagas operacionais • Divulgar vagas em sites de emprego, redes sociais e plataformas especializadas • Conduzir entrevistas em cidades da região, avaliando competências técnicas e comportamentais dos candidatos • Acompanhar e dar feedback aos candidatos durante o processo seletivo • Fornecer relatórios e atualizações sobre o andamento dos processos seletivos

🎯 Requirements

• Desejável experiência prévia em recrutamento e seleção de profissionais • Desejável Ensino Superior em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas • Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de recrutamento online e sistemas de gestão de candidatos • Desejável equipamentos (notebook e smartphone) para condução de processos seletivos • Desejável veículo para deslocamento • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita • Escuta ativa • Organização • Foco em resultados • Flexibilidade • Proatividade
