• Active B2B prospecting: map and approach decision-makers (HR, founders, directors) in target segments via LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp and email. • List generation: build and maintain lead lists with key data (company, decision-maker, job title, phone, email, LinkedIn). • Multichannel outreach: contact sequences with short messages and clear value (pain point, value proposition, call to action). • Lead qualification: identify hiring urgency, open positions, volume, budget, timeline and stakeholders. • Meeting scheduling: book and conduct diagnostic conversations with decision-makers to present the recruitment and selection (R&S) solution. • Proposal preparation: create proposals using the official template (scope, SLA, steps, price, timelines, next steps). • Structured follow-up: track each opportunity with a cadence (D+2, D+5, D+9) until a decision is made. • Pipeline management: record all interactions in the CRM and keep stages updated (Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed). • Nurturing and content: send case studies, testimonials and materials that reinforce authority and reduce objections. • Negotiation and closing: overcome objections (price, timeline, guarantees), align terms and obtain formal acceptance. • Initial post-sale: ensure a clean handoff to the delivery team (role briefing, candidate profiles, timelines, critical points).
