📋 Description

• Provide technical customer support for B2B SaaS or AI products • Support APIs and complex integrations • Troubleshoot issues directly in Python code and GCP logs • Support telephony and communications systems using SIP, Twilio, and related technologies • Support AI/LLM-based products • Manage your own workload with a high degree of autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting APIs and complex integrations for B2B SaaS or AI companies • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Python code and GCP logs • Experience supporting telephony and communications systems, including SIP and Twilio • Experience working at startups or high-growth technology companies with minimal onboarding and supervision • Professional experience supporting AI/LLM-based products • Demonstrated ability to manage your own workload as an independent contractor or in a highly autonomous role • Graduate-level education – specialization or MBA • Skills: IT, Technology, Information Technology Engineering
