📋 Description

• Drive payroll governance, compliance, and internal control initiatives across multiple countries • Monitor payroll risks, controls, audit findings, and remediation activities • Define, track, and report Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics • Support process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives • Contribute to internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with corporate standards • Monitor payroll vendor performance, service levels, and governance frameworks • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making • Collaborate with stakeholders across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, and external partners • Support strategic projects and the ongoing Global Payroll Transformation program • Report to the Head of Global Payroll

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field • Experience in Governance, Internal Controls, Process Management, Audit, Compliance, Shared Services, or similar functions • Payroll experience is highly desirable • Strong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance monitoring • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organization and planning capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Fluency in English • Structured and highly organized way of working • Ability to build strong relationships across functions and regions • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a global perspective • Continuous improvement mindset • Proactive attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo • Ability to turn data into meaningful business insights • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred • Availability for an immediate start is preferred
