πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing partners and customers. β€’ Prospect new clients (owner-operators, small fleets, logistics companies) through networking, referrals, and outbound sales. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing trucking fleet clients. β€’ Educate clients on risk management strategies. β€’ Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and customer communications. β€’ Conduct product and service demonstrations for prospects and clients. β€’ Support senior sales team members in achieving revenue and growth objectives. β€’ Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems. β€’ Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. β€’ Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and company offerings. β€’ Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals set by the agency company. β€’ Provide ongoing service including renewals, endorsements, and account updates.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. β€’ 2 to 3+ years of sales, SaaS, or business development experience. β€’ 1–3+ years of experience in freight brokerage or commercial auto or transportation insurance is a must. β€’ Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. β€’ Ability to build relationships and manage multiple accounts. β€’ Strong organization and time management skills. β€’ Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment. β€’ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Familiarity with FMCSA/DOT regulations. β€’ Understanding of commercial auto underwriting. β€’ Experience with telematics, ELD, dashcam, or fleet safety solutions. β€’ Experience selling through channel partners or referral partners is preferred.
