📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between business teams and the technical team for CRM projects; • Lead foundational projects related to data, integrations, and tools; • Create, monitor, and evolve governance and team productivity KPIs; • Develop controls and routines that ensure organization and operational efficiency; • Drive continuous optimization of processes, campaigns, and use of CRM tools; • Support and execute CRM campaigns when necessary; • Ensure the quality and consistency of the data used in initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CRM and projects involving data and CRM tools; • Advanced knowledge of SQL; • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Insider or similar tools); • Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to structure processes; • Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and business teams; • Ability to work in a hands-on (hands-on) manner; • Bachelor's degree completed in a related field. • Preferred/Additional qualifications: • Experience with CRM automation; • Knowledge of data governance; • Experience with performance metrics and dashboards.
