• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related fields (required). • Previous experience in customer service, support and relationship management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze data and extract insights. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Knowledge of customer loyalty and retention strategies. • Familiarity with customer success metrics.
