📋 Description

• Serve as the direct interface with data and engineering teams to ensure standardization, coverage, and quality of behavioral events in the CDP by business unit; • Monitor and validate the integration between the CDP (Segment) and the CRM (Braze), ensuring behavioral data is properly mapped and available for segmentation and activation; • Conduct in-depth analyses of audiences, segmentation, and physician behavior within the single customer view to identify patterns and activation opportunities; • Co-develop and iterate propensity scoring models with the data team, combining demographic attributes, product history, and behavioral signals from the ecosystem; • Monitor the quality of the single customer view, identify coverage gaps, and propose attribute enrichments with the data and martech teams; • Build dashboards and performance reports for audiences, pilots, and Test & Learn experiments to support the cell and BU decision-making; • Support the definition and maintenance of cross-BU measurement structure, ensuring consistency in segmentation and eligibility criteria; • Monitor and validate the integration between the CDP (Segment) and the CRM (Braze), ensuring behavioral data is properly mapped and available for segmentation and activation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; • Solid experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Braze, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, RD Station, HubSpot, or similar); • Knowledge of CDPs and behavioral data platforms; experience with Segment is a plus; • Strong analytical ability to work with large datasets, build segmentations, and interpret user behavior; • Advanced Office skills, with strong Excel proficiency for data analysis; • Strong advantage: knowledge of SQL, Python, data visualization (Power BI or Looker), propensity modeling or scoring, and API calls; • A profile that combines strategic business vision with technical execution — understands both the “why” and the “how”.
