• Manage a portfolio of clients—companies with up to 1,000 employees in Brazil—ensuring the successful execution of the customer journey for mid-market accounts; • Conduct meetings and engage with clients according to the Mid Touch service journey; • Represent Gupy in building long-term relationships with clients; • Participate in HR digital transformation projects with clients; • Deeply understand each client’s business, analyze data, and recommend improvements to optimize their Recruitment & Selection and Onboarding processes so they get increasing value from our platform; • Analyze customer usability and portfolio health metrics; • Build success plans with clients that demonstrate the value of the platform purchase and position the company as an innovator in Human Resources; • Record meetings and relevant information in the CRM (Salesforce); • Analyze customer usability and portfolio health indicators (CSAT, NPS, expansion, net churn, at-risk accounts, contract consumption, Health Score); • Liaise with Sales, Finance and Legal teams, providing ongoing feedback; • Identify and propose solutions to make internal processes faster, more scalable and less costly for Gupy; • Expand Gupy’s complementary products/modules (cross-sell);
• Previous experience in Customer Success with a Mid Touch journey; • Previous experience in customer retention strategies; • Experience working directly with Recruitment & Selection workflows; • Negotiation and problem-solving techniques; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; • Analytical skills — your role will primarily be to guide customers to use our platform more and better through Recruitment & Selection metrics; • Empathy and negotiation — you will work with very diverse companies daily, so understanding their needs and contexts is essential; • Time management and organization — you will face new fronts and challenges constantly; maintaining a healthy routine will help you prioritize operational tasks.
