📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Windows, Linux and Android environments. • Support and evolve POS (point-of-sale) systems, including system imaging, updates, rollouts and advanced troubleshooting. • Operate and enhance MDM and endpoint management solutions. • Develop or maintain operational automations to improve scalability and reduce manual work. • Provide Tier 3 (N3) support and resolve critical incidents. • Support technical validations (homologations) of solutions for store operations. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams during deployments, testing and remediation. • Support patch management, compliance and technical governance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Operating systems: Windows, Linux and Android. • Endpoint management and MDM solutions. • Experience with POS environments and store operations. • Automation and orchestration tools. • Tier 3 support and advanced troubleshooting skills. • Experience with rollouts, technical validation (homologation) and image standardization. • Strong communication skills to interface with business areas and external partners.
