📋 Description

• Support the management and monitoring of the data area's project and initiative portfolio; • Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies, and action plans together with the involved teams; • Consolidate executive KPIs, operational metrics, and status reports for leadership; • Establish and maintain governance rituals, executive forums, and delivery follow-up; • Track strategic requests, ensuring visibility of priorities and execution; • Map opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency; • Support documentation organization, approval workflows, and backlog management of initiatives; • Interface with technical teams and executive leadership to align priorities and deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; • Previous experience as a PMO or in project management; • Experience preparing executive presentations, KPIs, and management reports; • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid); • Experience with project tracking and management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Monday, MS Project, or similar); • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; • Analytical capability for consolidating and interpreting operational data; • Previous experience in technology, data, or analytics areas; • Experience with technology financial governance or FinOps; • Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.); • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools; • Experience in digital transformation environments or in structuring data teams.
