📋 Description

• Act as the main link between headquarters and operations, translating strategic directives into practical day-to-day execution in stores; • Ensure excellence in commercial execution, driving in-store sales and training, working closely with local leadership; • Operate in a highly dynamic and complex environment, particularly in categories such as perfumery with a large volume of SKUs; • Balance strategic and operational responsibilities, with strong KPI literacy, assertive decision-making and consistent field presence; • Navigate frequent changes in the business environment while maintaining organization, clear communication and consistent focus on results; • Develop and strengthen solid relationships with store teams, regional teams and leadership, ensuring alignment, engagement and integrated execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Fashion, Engineering or related fields; • Strong experience in store operations, preferably in leadership roles (Supervisor, Team Leader or similar); • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to liaise with store teams, regional leadership and corporate management; • Dynamic, proactive profile with a sense of urgency, comfortable in constantly changing environments; • Organized and able to manage a high volume of information, priorities and simultaneous demands; • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally, balancing business vision with field execution; • Team-player mentality, collaborative attitude and leadership by example; • Availability to travel; • Availability to work 100% onsite in Rio Grande do Sul.
