📋 Description

• Design solution architectures for payment systems, credit, onboarding and regulated financial products, taking into account SLA, throughput, resilience and compliance. • Produce ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) and C4 diagrams that serve as practical references for development teams — not just shelf documentation. • Lead critical design reviews, identifying architectural risks before they reach production. • Define integration standards between internal systems and external partners (BACEN, CIP, CAIXA, card schemes, credit bureaus). • Develop functional proofs of concept to validate architectural choices — especially for new or high-risk integrations. • Review and guide API implementations, AsyncAPI/OpenAPI contracts and integration flows together with development teams. • Configure and validate CI/CD pipelines, IaC policies and staging environments for new services or migrations. • Work directly with engineers to troubleshoot integration issues in production when necessary. • Apply knowledge of banking ecosystems and data protection regulations (LGPD) to design decisions. • Ensure proposed architectures comply with auditability, traceability and regulatory data retention requirements. • Serve as the technical point of reference for integrations with external products. • Actively participate in the internal Architecture Community, leading technical discussions and promoting standardization across squads. • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers in system design best practices, integration patterns and architectural trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture with proven practical involvement — not solely advisory. • REST / gRPC / AsyncAPI / Event-Driven architectures • Mastery of integration patterns: • Saga, CQRS, Outbox Pattern, Circuit Breaker, Idempotency • Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, Azure Service Bus • AWS / Azure / Public cloud experience at an implementation level: • Containers, Kubernetes, serverless, API Gateway, secret management • Real knowledge of the Brazilian financial ecosystem • Experience with security for financial APIs: mTLS, OAuth2/OIDC, PKCE, payload signing (JWS/JWE).
