📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the team responsible for the platforms • Define architecture, development and software quality standards • Perform code reviews and provide technical support to developers • Promote the technical growth of the team through mentoring, feedback and dissemination of best practices • Lead technical discussions and support high-complexity decision-making • Design and evolve architectures based on microservices and event-driven patterns • Define integrations between systems and platforms • Ensure scalability, availability, security and observability of solutions • Assess technical impacts and risks of initiatives • Support the technological evolution of the platforms under your responsibility • Develop applications, APIs and components using modern technologies • Participate in the definition and evolution of data models • Implement solutions focused on performance, resilience and maintainability • Investigate and resolve critical production incidents • Lead the evolution of platform processes • Define strategies for data quality, consistency and governance • Design and evolve synchronous and asynchronous integrations between systems • Ensure reliability and integrity of information exchanged between different applications • Support the evolution of application infrastructure in cloud environments • Define CI/CD and deployment automation strategies • Promote best practices for monitoring, observability and operations • Continuously work on improving the operational reliability of platforms • Plan technical deliveries together with Product Managers • Estimate effort, technical risks and impacts • Support backlog prioritization from an engineering perspective • Identify and lead technical debt reduction initiatives • Facilitate technical alignment between multidisciplinary teams • Define and evolve the technological strategy of the platforms • Ensure reliability, scalability, availability and governance of the solutions • Promote architecture, software engineering and quality standards • Act as a technical reference for strategic decisions related to the platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields • Solid experience working as a Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Staff Engineer or in equivalent roles • Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems • Experience with event-driven platforms and enterprise messaging • Experience with system integration, APIs and enterprise architecture • Proven track record of technical leadership of engineering teams • C#/.NET • Node.js • TypeScript • NestJS • Python • SQL • Apache Kafka • REST APIs • Synchronous and asynchronous integrations • Event-driven architecture • PostgreSQL • MySQL • Redis • Data modeling • Data governance and data quality • AWS • Docker • Kubernetes • Azure DevOps • Git • CI/CD • Grafana • Datadog • OpenSearch / Elasticsearch • Kibana • Nice to have: experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, Apache NiFi, Databricks and Data Lake, AWS or Kubernetes certifications, solutions architecture certifications, experience in large-scale and high-availability environments, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), platform governance and technology modernization strategies
