📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the maintenance/support of mission-critical financial applications and products • Manage and resolve high-complexity incidents, perform root-cause analyses and define preventive measures • Ensure availability, stability, performance, and security of production systems • Coordinate and provide technical guidance to development and support teams • Contribute to defining and evolving solution architecture, promoting scalability, resilience and software engineering best practices • Support implementation of continuous improvements in support, monitoring, and observability processes • Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Infrastructure and Operations teams • Conduct impact analyses, change management and release planning • Promote process automation, DevOps practices and improvement of operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field • Strong experience in software development using Java • Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures • Experience with enterprise system architecture and distributed solutions • Experience supporting high-availability production environments • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with monitoring, observability and log management tools • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, deployment automation and DevOps practices • Experience in technical leadership of teams and driving strategic initiatives
