📋 Description

• Design and continuously optimize integrated finance processes — from general ledger accounting through cost and fixed-asset accounting to payment processing • Analyze, evaluate and translate customer and project requirements into future-proof product solutions • Act as the central interface between development, consulting, support and other stakeholders, providing professional direction and advice • Conceptualize, review and ensure quality of new features and actively support product releases • Prepare functional specifications and documentation and deliver training for internal teams and customers • Support customer projects and provide subject-matter expertise on finance processes and ERP solutions • Actively contribute to the further development of RIB Finance with the aim of creating efficient, practical solutions for the construction and real estate industries

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting, or comparable commercial qualification • Several years of practical experience in finance and accounting or controlling, ideally in the construction or project environment • Solid knowledge of financial accounting and a good understanding of business management principles and statutory accounting requirements (e.g. HGB) • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Very good German (C1) and good English skills (C1) as well as strong communication skills • Analytical thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into practical software solutions • Enthusiasm for digital solutions, new technologies and the continuous optimization of business processes • Strong team and communication skills and confident stakeholder management • Structured, independent and reliable working style with a high standard of quality • Ideally, knowledge of other RIB solutions such as RIB iTWO or RIB 4.0 or comparable software for the construction and real estate industry
