📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimise WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and headless integrations (Next.js). • Work closely with the Web Tech Lead, junior developer, external agency, and global stakeholders to deliver roadmap items. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve site performance using tools like New Relic, Datadog, and Query Monitor. • Support multilingual and multisite operations, ensuring stability, scalability, and consistency across regions. • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team through ASANA to deliver marketing and web requirements on schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on, production WordPress development (with a broader technical background totalling ~10 years). • Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including custom theme and plugin development. • Experience with headless WordPress setups, particularly using Next.js. • Working knowledge of performance monitoring, debugging tools, and web optimisation best practices. • Ability to operate effectively within a global, cross‑cultural team and communicate clearly in fast‑moving environments.
