📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and GTM strategies for product launches. • Produce scientifically accurate and compelling marketing materials, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and videos. • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and public relations. • Establish KPIs and utilize analytics tools to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives. • Utilize digital tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to promote products and engage with audiences effectively. • Manage events, owning events calendar and executing to ensure representation at trade shows and conferences. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels. • Align with Product Management to ensure product marketing messaging is aligned with findings from competitor analyses and unmet customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in biotechnology, life sciences, or a related technical field. • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches. • Ability to create compelling scientific and technical marketing content for diverse audiences. • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, events, and public relations. • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing metrics and data to optimize performance and report results. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Technical teams to develop product messaging and sales enablement materials. • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent English communication skills required; native-level proficiency preferred.
