• Lead the company’s internal efforts to provide excellent customer service to internal users. • Act as the primary liaison between the business and information technology teams. • Support business requests and document requirements and processes. • Train end-users and provide go-live support on projects and planned releases. • Identify, analyze, and respond to issues and risks through the BC request backlog. • Conduct requirement analysis, mapping, planning, and authoring user stories. • Manage the BC request backlog for new improvements to BC. • Troubleshoot day-to-day matters reported by the business and IT teams. • Test new functionality and changes before handing them to the end user for acceptance testing. • Review and respond to support requests within the Jira ticketing platform.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Dynamics NAV or Business Central. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with a company subject to SOX compliance requirements preferred. • Experience in Jira and Confluence preferred. • Experience working in an Agile project methodology preferred. • Experience working in information technology and business teams preferred. • Experience with inter-company/consolidation companies and multi-currency. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills.
