📋 Description

• Identify, pursue and close strategic deals for Adobe Solutions. • Leverage existing relationships and build new connections through networking, thought leadership, speaking engagements, alliances, and active industry involvement. • Articulate how Rightpoint’s services provide transformative solutions to C-level executives. • Nurture long-term client relationships to fuel sustainable growth. • Create and foster customer relationships, introduce new prospects, assist leads with understanding Rightpoint’s offerings and develop pipelines and opportunities with strategic partners. • Collaborate with internal teams and partner with clients to determine how to meet customer needs. • Learn from client feedback for future products or services. • Continually learn the latest Adobe technologies and Rightpoint product offerings and understand the digital marketing technology ecosystem. • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing complex, consultative sales. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Lead internal teams and coordinate resources across delivery, marketing, and executive leadership to drive client success. • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform product development and marketing strategies. • Represent Rightpoint at industry events, webinars, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in consulting, professional services, or technology-driven environments. • 2+ years of Adobe Digital Experience Platform sales experience and existing relationships with Adobe sales teams • Adobe Sales Accreditations for Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Workfront a plus • Proven track record of consistently prospecting, qualifying, and closing large and complex deals. • Exceptional ability to identify, develop, and nurture business relationships at all organizational levels. • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, customer-first approach. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and strategically navigate challenges to close deals. • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams. • Proactive, self-motivated, with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
