📋 Description

• Source, analyze and maintain up to date information in order for our Health Guides to best support our members with benefit options and available programs and services. • Conduct quality audits and maintain accountability for accuracy. • Maintenance of our content management system as well as the member-facing benefits tools, primarily focused on small group and mid-sized clients. • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to assess priorities for navigating benefit ecosystem. • Answers benefit questions; ensures members understand their options and shared financial responsibility, e.g. deductibles, coinsurance, and out of pocket maximum. • During peak periods, supports the navigation team by sourcing high-quality care providers based on a member’s needs and preferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of healthcare benefits, i.e. medical, pharmacy, dental, vision. • Demonstrates ability to synthesize benefit information, healthcare jargon, and communicate in plain language. • Analytic skills set required, i.e. research and analyze information related to the client’s benefit offerings and ecosystem. • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient technological ability / literacy, i.e., computer literacy, content management system experience a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, GoogleDocs/sheets, etc. • Demonstrated ability to work independently. • Goal oriented and ability to meet demanding deadlines. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business demands. • Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time. • Continuous process improvement mindset and desire to enable NavOps to scale. • Ability to translate complex competencies into common speak. • Ability to organize work and documents that may come from disparate sources. • Clearly organize information in a logical flow.
