âą Lead collaboration with Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to refine and prioritize the product backlog âą Translate strategic goals into comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria and actionable plans âą Validate and ensure that the delivery of product features aligns with organizational objectives and satisfies customer needs âą Champion and lead large-scale product implementations across the company, ensuring seamless integration and adoption âą Develop and communicate a clear development plan, aligning with both customer needs and business goals âą Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive and efficient product development and implementation âą Serve as the primary communication liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment with the product vision and implementation goals âą Manage expectations throughout the product development and implementation lifecycle âą Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, addressing any impediments and outlining delivery timelines âą Lead and mentor the development team in achieving high performance and continuous improvement âą Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team âą Encourage and lead the team in retrospectives to identify strengths, potential improvements, and strategies for effective change implementation
âą Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus âą Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or management with a focus on Agile methodologies, feature delivery, and quality assurance âą Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring product owners âą In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in applying them to enhance product development processes âą Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering features on time and ensuring high product quality âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
