📋 Description

• Develop and configure basic to intermediate functionalities on the ServiceNow platform • Create, update, and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, Catalog Items, and related components • Support workflow and automation implementations using Flow Designer and legacy workflows when applicable • Assist in developing simple REST and SOAP integrations under senior supervision • Support data modeling and implement data structures in tables, catalogs, and CMDB • Participate in understanding and clarifying functional requirements • Support technical design activities by suggesting alternatives and improvements • Assist with technical estimates • Execute unit tests and support integrated testing • Maintain test evidence and technical documentation • Support defect resolution and prevention of rework • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives • Work with Senior Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts throughout project execution • Provide support to less experienced team members when acting at the Mid-Level • Support technical and functional customer meetings under senior guidance • Participate in technical demonstrations and walkthroughs • Support transition, knowledge transfer, post-delivery clarifications, and technical support • Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, documentation, and knowledge base creation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress) • 5–9 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and support • Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and XML • Understanding of ITSM concepts and ServiceNow core processes • Basic database knowledge, including simple queries and data structures • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments • Ability to follow development standards and apply feedback effectively • Strong willingness to learn and continuously evolve technical skills • English proficiency: Intermediate • Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD are desirable • ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus • Experience with intermediate ServiceNow development and basic integrations is desired • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) is desired • Knowledge of secure development standards and basic platform governance is desired • Previous experience supporting enterprise or consulting projects is a plus
