📋 Description

• Lead and manage the delivery organization for Rimini Consult across assigned regions, ensuring on-time, high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction • Build and maintain a scalable delivery organization, overseeing internal teams and external partners • Define and enforce best-in-class Professional Services methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality assurance standards • Monitor delivery metrics, project profitability, and client satisfaction; implement continuous improvement initiatives • Partner closely with Sales to support pre-sales activities, including solution definition, scoping, proposal development, and client presentations • Act as executive sponsor for strategic opportunities, positioning Rimini Consult’s value proposition to clients • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to define, package, and launch new Rimini Consult offerings • Drive cross-regional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and standardization of processes and tools • Develop and manage a trusted network of partner organizations to augment delivery capacity and pre-sales expertise

🎯 Requirements

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree • 15+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Delivery leadership roles within the enterprise software domain • Proven success leading regional or global delivery teams, including responsibility for pre-sales and P&L performance • Background in services commercialization, offering development, or service productization • Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and modernization services • Highly collaborative leader who thrives in a cross-functional, matrixed environment • Strategic thinker with operational discipline and execution focus • Passion for client success and delivery excellence • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across cultures and teams
