• Own and implement the firm’s organic and paid social media strategies • Lead the content roadmap thought leadership, attorney bios, blog posts, video, case studies, etc. • Ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across all channels • Manage website updates, enhancements, and user experience optimization • Lead internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and employee branding • Partner with Recruiting to build campaigns, content, and collateral that attract top legal talent • Own strategy, planning, and execution of virtual and in-person events • Work with external PR partners to secure media placements and manage press relationships • Manage and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and KPIs to track performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness • Oversee lead capture and attribution strategy across channels and platforms
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in legal, professional services, or B2B environments • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leadership, attorneys, and firm-wide stakeholders • Hands-on experience with HubSpot • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent initiatives • Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing programs across digital, content, and event channels • Skilled in analyzing performance data, building dashboards, and optimizing campaigns for measurable outcomes • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Creative thinker with a bias toward execution and problem-solving
