• Perform moderately complex program analysis and coordination tasks with reduced supervision. • Data analysis, documentation, and quality support. • Track schedules, contribute to compliance activities, and review others’ work for accuracy. • Ensure findings are relayed to internal stakeholders and support client engagement. • Completes increasingly complex technical and administrative tasks with less supervision. • Shares information through structured emails, meeting summaries, and internal updates. • Tracks progress on assigned tasks and communicates potential scheduling issues. • Contributes to the development of quality processes and systems. • Conducts routine programmatic data analysis using spreadsheets or standard software. • Completes assigned tasks within budgeted hours. • Learns about regulatory and contractual issues, contributes to policy development, and may oversee compliance in specific areas under supervision. • Prepares and updates internal documentation such as meeting notes, data logs, or process checklists. • Executes assigned tasks efficiently while identifying potential issues early.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. • 2+ years' relevant experience, additional education substitutes for experience • Experience conducting a systematic assessment of a program or project’s inputs, activities, and outputs to determine its value or worth and to improve the program. • Experience developing an evaluation plan, identifying evaluation questions and indicators, collecting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative program data, interpreting the data in the context of the program, and reporting findings. • Experience developing a program logic model, identifying appropriate program outcomes, facilitating internal and external partner meetings, and providing assistance or training on evaluation, methods, concepts, and tools. • Knowledge of the rules, procedures, and principles that govern intramural and extramural program development, monitoring, and evaluation. • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to execute instructions. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity software and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. • Previous experience working with the government procedures and guidelines.
