📋 Description

• Handling player inquiries via live chat, email, messengers, and occasional phone calls • Assisting players with account access, platform navigation, bonuses, payments, and product-related questions • Troubleshooting basic technical issues such as login problems and game loading errors • Escalating complex cases to the relevant internal teams • Running basic product checks and reporting bugs or potential improvements • Following internal procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines • Contributing to a positive player experience through accurate, solution-oriented communication

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in European Portuguese (mandatory) • English at B1 level or above • Experience in customer-facing roles is a strong advantage • A genuine customer-oriented mindset • Attention to detail and a responsible approach • Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools quickly • Readiness to work in a flexible shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays • Proactive attitude and interest in growing within the team
