• Assister les clients francophones via téléphone, email et chat • Résoudre les problèmes et répondre de manière professionnelle et empathique • Offrir des expériences clients positives et durables • Utiliser efficacement les systèmes et outils internes • Contribuer à un environnement déquipe motivé et collaboratif

🎯 Requirements

• Français natif (écrit et parlé) • Attitude positive, orienté client et axé solutions • À l'aise avec la technologie et adaptable aux nouveaux outils • Expérience en support client souhaitée mais non obligatoire • Autorisation de travail valide dans l'UE pour le Portugal • Connexion internet stable et espace de travail adapté à domicile • Disponibilité pour horaires rotatifs 24/7 (ou lundi-vendredi selon projet)

🏖️ Benefits

• Salaire de base : 1 000 /mois (payé sur 14 mois ; ~1 167 /mois) • Bonus performance / complexité : 100 /an (~8 /mois) • Indemnité repas : 7,23 /jour travaillé (~159 /mois pour 22 jours) • Indemnité transport : 20 /mois • Rémunération supplémentaire : Heures de nuit (22h07h) : +25% du salaire horaire de base • Dimanches et jours fériés : +50% du salaire de base ou repos compensatoire (~131 /mois estimé) • Assurance santé privée dès le 1er jour (couverture complète après 6 mois) • Formation rémunérée et continue • Opportunités dévolution : postes de Team Lead inclus
