📋 Description

• Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms. • Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support. • Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues. • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers. • Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and overall experience. • Collect valuable customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level). • Good command of English (B2 minimum). • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. • Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. • Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented attitude. • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or digital marketing is a plus.
