• Set up, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, messengers, and in-app channels • Manage promotional, trigger-based, automated, and one-time communication flows • Create and maintain a promo calendar for campaigns, bonuses, and customer communications • Configure and launch bonus and promo mechanics for different user segments • Work with audience segmentation, cohorts, and user groups • Conduct A/B testing, validate hypotheses, and scale successful solutions • Monitor key CRM metrics: engagement, deliverability, conversion, retention, and reactivation • Work with Tableau, Power BI, internal dashboards, and business metrics to analyze campaign performance • Collaborate closely with analytics, product, content, design, support, and marketing teams
• Previous experience in a CRM role within iGaming (casino and/or sports betting) • Hands-on experience with CRM campaigns, from welcome flows to retention and reactivation • Practical experience with CRM platforms such as GR8, Smartico, Salesforce, or similar tools • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Tableau, Power BI, dashboards, and CRM/business metrics • Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, bonus mechanics, and engagement metrics • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • A proactive, responsible team player who takes feedback well and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
