• Identify and nurture pre-VIP players, helping them progress into the VIP segment • Manage the ex-VIP segment: re-engage players who have gone inactive or churned • Build and develop communication chains and journeys tailored to VIP and pre-VIP audiences, along with related product-side improvements • Present a plan for VIP communication chains and reactivation chains for churned VIPs as part of your onboarding • Work with Tableau, Power BI, internal dashboards, and business metrics to analyze campaign performance • Collaborate closely with analytics, product, content, design, support, and marketing teams
• Native Ukrainian speaker, English level B1 • Previous experience in a CRM role within iGaming (casino and/or sports betting) • Hands-on experience with CRM campaigns, from welcome flows to retention and reactivation • Practical experience with CRM platforms such as GR8, Smartico, Salesforce, or similar tools • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Tableau, Power BI, dashboards, and CRM/business metrics • Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, bonus mechanics, and engagement metrics • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • A proactive, responsible team player who takes feedback well and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
