📋 Description

• Source and acquire VIP clients from external sources • Maintain analytics on acquired VIP clients • Own NGR for acquired VIP clients • Build and develop an agent and scout network for VIP client acquisition • Analyze agent and scout performance, including NGR of the acquired client base • Develop, launch, and grow a referral program for VIP client acquisition • Monitor referral program effectiveness and NGR analytics for referred clients • Source and test new channels and mechanics for external VIP acquisition • Scale effective acquisition channels and mechanics

🎯 Requirements

• Sourcing and qualifying VIP profiles from external sources • OSINT within legal boundaries and data verification • Negotiation and relationship management with agents and scouts • Understanding of commission models and acquisition cost calculation • Assessing acquired client base quality and identifying non-organic traffic • NGR analytics and cohort tracking of one's own clients • Working with dashboards and data exports, interpreting metric relationships • Launching and managing referral mechanics • Testing new channels with accurate result measurement
