• Administration and development of HiBob HRIS: feature implementation, customization, and change support • Execution of data migrations between HR systems with quality control • Management of integrations between HiBob and other internal/external systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, finance, communication tools) • Support and development of other HR systems within the company • Participation in PeopleOps automation projects using AI solutions • Providing technical support to the HR team for system-related requests
• Proven experience with HiBob (mandatory) • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS/HR Tech • Solid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, performance, compensation & benefits, time-off, reporting • Hands-on experience in managing integrations and data migrations • Familiarity with APIs, basic SQL, or other data processing tools is a plus • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • English - Upper-Intermediate+ • Nice to have: Experience with other HRIS
