• Co-create content with SMEs (from our badass PMs to external experts) • Build learning materials: scripts, guides, toolkits, assessments • Design simulations, case-based tasks & PM practice labs • Apply adult learning, agile, and design thinking principles to everything you create • Collaborate with L&D, Talent Development, and Product teams to align learning with business goals
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D content creation • Strong portfolio of learning content: show us your magic! • Experience with authoring tools (Rise360, Storyline, Genially, etc.) • Passion for learning design, project management, and digital tools • Bonus: experience in the gaming/gambling industry or knowledge of PM frameworks (Scrum, Agile, Lean, etc.) • Language: English - Upper and above, Ukrainian- would be a plus
