📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and deliver supplier sustainability programs • Translate complex client and industry requirements into practical solutions • Conduct data analysis, data quality reviews, and workflow validation • Create guidance materials, training content, and user documentation • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and enterprise clients • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and program optimization • Stay informed on ESG, sustainability, and regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, SaaS, Professional Services, Consulting, or a similar environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Politics, or a related field • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders or customers • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or process improvement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently within global, cross-functional teams • Basic coding or scripting skills (nice to have) • Experience with ESG, supply chain, GRC, or risk management platforms (nice to have) • Background in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or professional services (nice to have) • Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or human rights reporting frameworks (nice to have)
